What is Quid?
Quid is the in-game currency in You VS Homer. It is used to purchase skins, items, and upgrades in the lobby.
Winning rounds as a survivor earns you Quid. The amount you receive depends on how long you survive and your performance in the match.
How to Earn Quid
Winning Rounds
The primary way to earn Quid is by surviving until the timer runs out as a survivor. The longer you survive, the more Quid you typically earn.
Lobby Parkour
Completing the parkour in the lobby and reaching the top will reward you with 100 Quid every time. This is a great way to earn currency while waiting for matches.
Performance Bonuses
Better performance in matches (surviving longer, avoiding detection) may result in additional Quid rewards.
What to Spend Quid On
Skins
Skins are the primary purchase with Quid. Different skins have different prices:
- Budget Skins: Blue Bart (100 Quid) - Great starter option
- Meta Skins: Emo Bart (150 Quid) - Best for survival
- Premium Skins: MLG Bart (200 Quid), Shadow Bot (300 Quid)
- Luxury Skins: Gold Bart (500 Quid) - Status symbol only
Pro Tip: Save your Quid for specific meta skins first (like the Emo Bot) before gambling or buying expensive cosmetic-only skins.
Gambling/Spinners
The lobby features a "Charmy Roller" where you can spend currency to try and win new items or skins. This is a risk/reward system - you might get rare items, but you could also lose your Quid.
Warning: Gambling is risky. Only gamble with Quid you can afford to lose. It's better to save for guaranteed meta skins first.
Items & Upgrades
Various items and upgrades may be available in the shop. Check the lobby shop regularly for new items.

Progression Tips
- Start with Budget Skins: If you're new, start with cheaper skins like Blue Bart (100 Quid) to get a gameplay advantage while saving for better skins.
- Complete Lobby Parkour: Always complete the lobby parkour for the guaranteed 100 Quid reward while waiting for matches.
- Focus on Survival: The longer you survive, the more Quid you earn. Use our guides to improve your survival rate.
- Save for Meta Skins: Prioritize purchasing meta skins like Emo Bart that provide actual gameplay advantages over cosmetic-only skins.
- Avoid Unnecessary Gambling: Only gamble if you have excess Quid. It's better to save for guaranteed purchases.
